Kin Cabins partners with landowners to create an additional income stream through beautifully designed, high-quality holiday cabins placed on suitable land. Kin Cabins provides and installs the cabin, while the landowner supplies the location and utility connections. The cabin is then operated as short-term holiday accommodation, marketed through trusted booking platforms, with guest income shared equally between Kin Cabins and the landowner. Management of the cabin can either be handled by Kin Cabins or by the landowner, depending on preference.

Kin Cabins already has a successful site operating in Warwickshire, known as Ducks Den, which demonstrates the potential of the model. The cabin is currently generating an average monthly income of approximately £3,000 since its delivery and installation in January 2026, resulting in a £1,500 monthly return to the landowner through the 50% revenue share agreement. Agreements typically begin with an initial three-year term, with an automatic two-year extension unless notice is given. Kin Cabins manages cabin delivery and installation, with setup costs shared equally, while the landowner prepares the site and provides access to utilities such as water, electricity and internet. At the end of the agreement, landowners also have the option to purchase the cabin at a reduced value based on depreciation.
